RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Clarinda Blonde do accept returns or exchanges for any product the consumer is not satisfied with. However, the following procedure, terms and conditions must be met and adhered to in order to for a product to be eligible for a return or exchange.
*Note: All returning orders must be made within 48 hours of receipt*
1. If you returned any item from an order that was received via FREE SHIPPING, COUPONS, OR DISCOUNTS, the return will reverse the FREE SHIPPING, COUPONS, OR DISCOUNTS respectively.
2. Clearance Sales Items, Discontinued Items and Flash Sales Items are not eligible for a return. We have a final sale policy on all items mentioned above.
3.Customer are responsible for return shipping costs or charges of any kind. We will not refund shipping and handling fees once the items has been dispatched for delivery.
4. By requesting for an exchange, you agree to be responsible for any fees incurred by us to process that change. All exchanged and returns will be considered final transactions.
5. For exchanged items, the price that will be applied for the item is to be rated at the current price cost at the time we receive the said item, any lapses or differences on the plus side will be paid by the customer before the exchange is finalised.
6. All returning merchandise must be in its original sell-able condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents. The returned item must be uncut(including hair, weft or lace where applicable). unworn, not brushed nor frizzed. No product may be sprayed on the items.
All returning items must NOT have a scent including but not exclusive to smoke, food, hair products, sweat or perfume. The returned item must have their tags and labels still intact. Any returned item not in this conditions will not be accepted.
7. All returning skincare products must be in its original sell-able condition with the original packaging, including all of its contents. The returned item must be uncut and sealed, just as it was received.
8.Restocking fees may apply. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returning items. Please be sure of your order before you go ahead with your purchase.
9. If your returned / exchanged merchandise is not accepted due to a violation of any of the terms and conditions above and you wish to have the item returned to you, we will charge you the applicable shipping cost to send the item back to you.
10. Please allow us 2-5 business days for us to process your return / exchange item.
