3. How do I place an order?
Answer: Select the products you would like to purchase and click ADD TO CART. Input your discount codes if you have any and then click CHECK OUT. Input your required payment details. You will receive a successful notification once your transaction is successful.
4. Do you accept payment on Delivery?
Answer: No, all ordered items must be paid for before dispatched.

Answer: Yes, your private information are very secure while using this site. We take your privacy very seriously and we use precautionary methods to ensure your shopping experience is safe. RAVE processing is done through flutterwave processing. Your credit card details are never stored in our systems from the beginning to the end of your transaction.
7. Do you charge sales tax?
Answer: Yes, according to the national law, we charge VAT which is 5% of your total order.
8. How long does it take to ship an order?
Answer: If you place an order before 11:00am, your order will be processed and shipped the same day except in rare cases when we run out of stock of an item ordered for. All orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed and shipped the next day.
Delivery time within Lagos is 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Delivery outside Lagos takes 2 - 3 business days from when your order is shipped. Delivery outside Nigeria takes
3-5 business days from when your order is shipped. Make sure you input your correct billing and complete delivery details required in order to prevent shipment delays.
9.Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship to every area that is covered by DHL, UPS or Fedex.
Please Note: You are responsible for any fees, taxes, custom and import duties imposed on your package with no exceptions. Custom policies vary widely from country to country and you will be responsible for any taxes associated with your international order. If for some reason, your package is released to you without paying the customs charge and ClarindaBlonde is billed by your government, we will charge your credit card for that amount due.
10. How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Input these numbers into the "track my order" bar. You can also log into your Clarindablonde.com account, search for your order and track it from there. The tracking number will be linked to the courier's website where you can track your shipment.

14. How long can a fibre wig last?
Answer: Your wig can last for months, it can last longer provided it is properly maintained. Durability depends on wig maintenance and wig style / pattern. Please follow the HAIR CARE instructions in order to get the best of your wigs.
15. Can I use heat on my wig?
Answer: Yes, your wig is heat safe of up to 400F. You can use a hair straighter on curly wigs and a hair curler on wavy wigs.
16. What are your skincare products made of?
Answer: ClarindaBlonde Luxury Skincare Products are herbally and organically made with ingredients gotten from nature. They compose of ingredients gotten from plant extracts such as licorice, turmeric, kojic, carrot, beet root, grape seed, witch hazel, almond extracts, avocado extracts, to name a few. ClarindaBlonde Luxury Skincare Products are very safe on the skin and do not contain any hydroquinone, parabens nor steroids.
17. I have severe acne, I have tried everything. What products do I use?
Answer: You need to get the Acne Set. The complete acne set comprise of the; Glow Moroccan soap, Acne face cream, Face detox mud mask, Luxury face scrub and Face toner.
18. How do I use the acne set?
Answer: Make sure you start with a clean face, steam your face using a face steamer. The purpose of steaming your face is to open your pores and soften the pimples in order to make them easy to extract. You should steam your face for no less than 20 minutes.
Using a sterilised extractor and face wipe, press out the white heads, black heads and ripe cysts acne. Do not touch the strong pimples so they don’t leave you with scars. Once the extraction process is complete, clean your face with a face wipe and then apply the luxury face scrub. Exfoliate your skin in an upward movement, be careful not to be too abrasive. Leave the scrub on your face for three minutes and then wash off.
Mix half a teaspoon of CB face detox mud mask in a bowl, add water and stir. Apply the mixture on your face and let it dry. You can go about your duties while it dries. Wash it off after it is completely dried using the Moroccan soap. You can leave the soap on the face for a few minutes before rinsing with water. Apply the CB face Toner, let if dry before you apply your acne face cream.
You can repeat the steaming process every once in a week (for severe acne case) or every three weeks. The face detox mask can be used every night (for severe acne case) or three times a week.
The Moroccan soap, face toner and acne face cream should be used twice a day for best results.
19. How do I use the spot set?
Answer: The combination of the face toner, spot remover cream and spot remover soap works effectively to eradicate facial spots.
Apply the spot remover soap on the face and leave for 5 - 10 mins, this will give it enough time to work. Rinse off and apply CB face toner to a cotton wool and clean the face with it. Once it is dry, apply the spot remover cream directly on the spots. Please use this cream ONLY on the spots.
20. I have hyper-pigmentation and uneven skin tone from the previous use of harsh creams, and I want to get 1-2 shades lighter, what do I do?
Answer: You should get the Flawless lightening set. This set includes Flawless lightening cream, Day face cream, Super whitening shower gel and Korean whitening body scrub. Your skin should even out and become flawless with the combination of these products.
21. I would like to achieve a lighter complexion of at least 2-3 shades, what products do I need?
